In recent years,the abrupt event and natural disaster give a austere challenge to emergency communications,so it is necessary to develop emergency communication system which is installed quickly,used conveniently,adapt to any environment and high bandwidth. In accordance with China’s actual situation,this paper arise a emergency communication command system used WiMAX emergency communication vehicle in the basis of study the advanced domestic and foreign emergency communication technology,the selected topic had widespread application foreground.This article is research on WiMAX wireless access technology and design of the emergency communication system. The main work of mobile WiMAX-based emergency communication command system is as follow:1.Selecting appropriate radio channel propagation model for network planning in the link budget and coverage,with a focus on the wireless environment uplink budget and coverage,given the reference rate of the cell edge area and the coverage of base station under the different scenarios.
